Housing got easier!

In the state of New South Wales, Australia,  housing tenants had suboptimal access to the information they need to make informed decisions when planning and managing their housing needs such as managing payment information, tenant details, or even lodging a maintenance request. The goal was to define requirements and build a user friendly mobile application which builds upon the current MyHousing Portal, creating a timely, contextualized and personal experience that leverages native features of a portable device.
